Breakfast Smoothie Recipe

A breakfast smoothie is a great option as it helps kick start your day with a sensational nutritional punch! When you begin having breakfast smoothies you will definitely feel a change in your energy levels and overall health and wellness.

What you will need:

1 Banana
1/2 tsp Grated Ginger
1Tsp Honey
3/4 cup vanilla yogurt

place banana in blending cup
Place peeled banana in blending cup

grate ginger

Grate 1/2 teaspoon of ginger and add to cup

add yogurt

Add 3/4 cup vanilla yogurt

Add 1tbsp honey

 

Add 1 tbsp honey

blend until smooth

Blend until smooth

Pour into serving glass

Pour into serving glass

Garnish if desired
